of Defense to head–up and assist with the design and construction
of a new fast track AP Facility in Cedar City Utah. This job
had the power of DEPAS (The Power of the President). The project
was designed and built on schedule in 9 months and 28 days at
a cost of
+/-$132,000,000.00 around the clock.
